BOYS 6 -12yrs & Girls 6-10yrs PLAY MONDAYS from 4pm – 6.15pm @ HEATHCOTE OVAL
BOYS 14 -16yrs & GIRLS 12-16yrs PLAY TUESDAYS from 4pm – 6.15pm @ HEATHCOTE OVAL
ONLINE REGISTRATIONS will COMMENCE FROM MON 7th AUG ’23 until Mid Sept

Face to Face Registration afternoon will be held on Tues 12th Sept 2023 at HEATHCOTE canteen 4-6pm
Shorts & Tights will be available to purchase at this time
U6s, U8s, U10s and B12s teams COLLECT DRAWS ON Monday 9th Oct at Heathcote Canteen
between 4pm and 6pm.
G12s, and U14s, U16s teams COLLECT DRAWS ON Tuesday 10th Oct at Heathcote Canteen
between 4pm and 6pm.
Teams to collect their draws and individuals to check their placement into a team and to get a draw. Shorts / Tights available.
MACCA’S AWARDS ARE ALSO TO BE COLLECTED
COMP KICK OFF MONDAY 16th Oct For all U6s, U8s, U10s and B12s
COMP KICK OFF TUESDAY 17th Oct For G12s, and all U14s, U16s.
Refund Policy – Season 2023 – 2024
Players paying fees of $100 for this summer will get a partial refund if less than 4 games are played due to Pandemic restrictions or Extrem Weather conditions.
This refund will be determined by number of games played.
No refund will be issued where 4 or more rounds are able to be played.
Where Active Kids Vouchers are used as payment – no refund will be given in event of less than 4 games played. Credit may be given where less than 4 games are played.
